The Berkshires
The mountains of the Berkshires once stood as tall as the Himalayas and are actually 500 million years old! Over the millenia ice sheaths and glaciation carved these mountains in the lower lying peaks, giving it the cozy, soft “Shire” feel they have today, Just 140 miles north of NYC, and 120 miles west of Boston, the Berkshires are New England’s epicenter for healing arts, farm-to-table food scene, & thriving cultural art institutions. The Berkshires is an inspiring setting for all those who wish to introspect, heal, grow, and appreciate the bounty of nature and art.
Jiminy Peak | Hancock, MA
Committed to sustainability, Jiminy’s electric power is 100% wind & solar. The festival will take place in the mountain valley with one special classroom accessible by chair lift (or a strong hike) to Jiminy’s Peak! During the winter Jiminy is a family friendly ski resort, and in the summer they offer a number of activities for adults and kids alike through their Mountain Adventure Park, Aerial Park, and Mountain Biking. Housing is available on campus as well as hundreds of hotels and campsites in the surrounding Berkshires.
