FOOT TRAFFIC
Expect approximately 1,200+ visitors per day Friday through Sunday, with lighter attendance on Thursday as the festival begins. Foot traffic includes ticket holders, local residents, and visitors exploring the Berkshires throughout the weekend.

    The heart of the festival grounds and home to the highest concentration of activity throughout the weekend. Positioned between major gathering spaces, classrooms, and festival amenities.

    A highly visible corridor connecting attendees to key venues, classroom spaces, and the summit chairlift. Consistent foot traffic throughout the day makes this an excellent location for engagement and visibility.

    Set against the backdrop of Jiminy Peak, these spaces border the mountain-facing side of the festival and sit adjacent to major classroom and event venues.

    A relaxed setting beside the brook near the Country Store. This area offers a quieter atmosphere while remaining close to popular gathering spaces and walking paths.

2027 VENDOR APPLICATION

To apply to become a vendor at the Berkshire Yoga Festival please fill out the form below.  Space is limited and we accept vendors on a rolling basis. Limited spaces available. Please see additional Terms and Conditions below.

TERMS & COnditions

  • Your space is not guaranteed until your application is accepted, a contract has been signed and full payment is received.

  • Vendors are solely responsible for their own belongings. Though Berkshire Yoga Festival may provide security outside business hours for our vendors Thursday, Friday and Saturday night, vendors are still responsible for their own belongings safety.

  • The mountain has wifi but we recommend you have data on your phone/tablet for processing credit cards as a back up

  • Please specify in your application if you will need electricity. An additional surcharge is added for electricity.

  • This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be made due to weather. In the rare case of extreme prolonged rain festival organizer will do their best to relocate vendors to a covered space with a 6 ft table available per vendor.

  • Outdoor vendors are required to bring their own 10’x10’ tent.

    Outdoor vendors are not allowed to stake into the ground anywhere on the grounds, please bring sandbags, weights (cement) or water jugs/barrels. Securing the tent is the responsibility of the vendor.

  • 6’ and 8’ tables and/or chairs can be rented for an additional fee.

  • Vendor agrees to allow Berkshire Yoga Festival marketing team to film or take pictures of their booth space, employees, and volunteers during the festival and use them for promotional purposes with no obligation to the vendor.

  • Vendor must maintain a valid liability insurance policy with $1,000,000 minimum coverage naming Dregs of Wisdom, LLC dba Berkshire Yoga Festival as an additional insured. Failure to provide proof of coverage within 30 days of the festival shall result in the release of your booth space without refund.

  • Cancellation will result in a $200 cancellation fee. 60 days after purchase, or within 30 days of the festival, fees are non-refundable.
