Be A Vendor

 Want to ply your wares to a captive audience for 3 days at the Berkshire Yoga Festival? We are looking for like-minded partners to help create a vibrant and artistic festival community. Vendors of food, clothing, jewelry, yoga equipment, healing arts, artwork, and others apply below.


GENERAL INFO

Festival Dates: June 13-16, 2024

Location: Basecamp of Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort.

Days/Hours:

  • Thurs: 12pm - 7pm

  • Friday - Saturday: 9am - 7pm

  • Sunday: 9am-4pm.

Number of Vendors:  40 @ Basecamp, 6 @ Main Stage

Booth Space: 10’x10’ booth tent (provided by vendors)

Load In/Out: Thursday, 7am-12pm & Sunday 4-6pm.

Foot Traffic: Vending is open to the public with up to 1,000+ daily passing through the Basecamp and Main Stage areas along with approximately 400-500 Berkshire Yoga Festival attendees daily. Foot traffic includes non-festival goers who are vacationing and living in the Berkshire region in addition to attendees.

COST TO BE A VENDOR

  • $750 for a 10’x10’ space in the Basecamp Area

  • $1,250 for a 10’x20’ space in the Basecamp Area

  • $1,000 for a 10x10’ space in the Main Stage Area

  • $1,500 for a 10’x20’ space in the Main Stage Area

  • $450 for a shared space Basecamp Area only. (we pair like-minded products together - max. of 2 vendors/space)

VENDOR APPLICATION

To apply to become a vendor at the Berkshire Yoga Festival please fill out the form below.  Space is limited and we accept vendors on a rolling basis. Only 40 spaces available. Please see additional Terms and Conditions below.

TERMS & COnditions

Security: Vendors are solely responsible for their own belongings. Though Berkshire Yoga Festival may provide security outside business hours for our vendors Thursday, Friday and Saturday night, vendors are still responsible for their own belongings safety.

Processing Credit Cards: The mountain has wifi but we recommend you have data on your phone/tablet for processing credit cards as a back up.

Electricity: Please specify in your application if you will need electricity. A $50 surcharge is added for electricity.

Weather: This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be made due to weather. In the rare case of extreme rain we will move vendors to a well trafficked indoor space connected to the largest classroom space.

Your space is not guaranteed until your application is accepted and full payment is received.

Outdoor vendors are required to bring their own 10’x10’ tent.

6’ and 8’ tables + chairs can be rented for $20/table and $5/chair.

Outdoor vendors are not allowed to stake into the ground anywhere on the grounds, please bring weights (cement) or water jugs/barrels. Securing the tent is the responsibility of the vendor.

Cancellation will result in a $200 cancellation fee. 60 days after purchase, or within 30 days of the festival, fees are non-refundable.

Photo Release: Vendor agrees to allow Berkshire Yoga Festival marketing team to film or take pictures of their booth space, employees, and volunteers during the festival and use them for promotional purposes with no obligation to the vendor.

Liability Insurance: Vendor must maintain a valid liability insurance policy with $1,000,000 minimum coverage naming Balancing the Journey, LLC dba Berkshire Yoga Festival as an additional insured. Failure to provide proof of coverage within 30 days of the festival shall result in the release of your booth space without refund.
