About our Application Process

We’re incredibly grateful for the interest we receive from yoga teachers, facilitators, and wellness professionals who feel called to be part of the Berkshire Yoga Festival.

At this time, our teaching opportunities are by invitation only. With limited spots and a high volume of inquiries, this approach helps us keep the festival experience intentional, cohesive, and deeply rooted in community.

Most invitations grow from existing connections—whether through studio partnerships, past presenters, returning attendees, or the relationships we’ve built over time through the festival itself. These natural touchpoints help us discover who might be a meaningful fit for future years.

On occasion, we may open a short application window in the late Fall if we’re looking for a particular offering or area of expertise. When that happens, we’ll announce it through our email newsletter and on social media.
