In 2007, Stephanie moved to NYC and immersed herself in a Korean style of yoga that focuses on activating the body and mind's potential through energy work, psychosomatic therapy, and breathwork. This transformative practice reshaped her life, opening the door to a deeper understanding of healing and human potential.
Over the years, she has had the great privilege of studying with Sri Dharma Mittra, Ma Bhaskaranda at Ananda Ashram, Saraswati, and other revered teachers in the Ashtanga Yoga tradition, as well as Jivamukti, and, most recently, Katonah Yoga. For the past decade, she's led teacher trainings both domestically and internationally, facilitated workshops, and owned and operated three yoga schools, with the most recent location in Cincinnati, OH.
Through modalities such as meditation, conscious movement, somatic practices, sound healing, and breathwork, Stephanie creates a space that nurtures introspection, awareness, and empowerment. Her work invites a deeper connection to the self, guiding individuals toward greater stability, resilience, emotional alignment, and nervous system regulation.
