Go Deeper: Sessions for Teachers at Berkshire Yoga Festival
Each year, hundreds of yoga teachers gather at Berkshire Yoga Festival — not just to practice, but to learn, refine, and evolve.
Alongside a full weekend of classes, the schedule includes a wide range of sessions designed to support teachers at every stage — from those just beginning to share their voice, to those leading studios, retreats, and established programs.
Across the weekend, you’ll find opportunities to:
refine your teaching skills and presence
explore new ways to structure and lead offerings
deepen your understanding of the body, mind, and practice
discover new modalities you can bring into your classes
More than anything, these sessions are designed so you leave with something — a tool, a framework, a perspective — that stays with you long after the weekend ends.
This year we’ve curated a list of sessions geared towards the teach in mind under a category called “Teacher’s Path”
Below are a few highlights from this year’s lineup. Keep scrolling for the full list.
